As Salon Director Ann-Marie is one of couture’s founders and most experienced stylists, she describes her work as a passion and her commitment to achieve the highest standards has won her numerous awards (including 2nd place in an international competition). Ann-Marie is highly skilled in all areas of hairdressing but her specialist areas are creative colouring and Racoon hair extensions (the number one in hair extensions) and was asked to represent Racoon at Salon International in 2005 because of her high skill level. Ann-Marie is also a qualified trainer and now focuses more time on developing her team of stylists to achieve the same high standards of work, to create the ultimate in salon experience.

Caroline Green

Caroline is the co founder of Couture and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the salon. Caroline’s specialist area is men’s creative cutting, she has been developing her techniques by attending various high profile London training academy’s to bring the latest fashions and styles into the salon. Caroline is a major driving force in the salon working hard to make couture the most successful salon in the area.

With over five years experience Laura is one of Couture’s most experienced and requested senior stylists. Laura has many achievements to her name and a returning client base that speaks volumes for the quality of her work. Laura’s specialist areas include creative cutting and colouring.

Passionate about her work and keen to take on new challenges she has a list of qualifications behind her and is driven to be part of the most successful salon in Sudbury.

Hayley Bird

Hayley joined the couture creative team in 2007 and has gone from strength to strength.

With a string of qualifications and a rapidly expanding clientele Hayley has been in constant demand. Her natural ability with hair and her confidence to know the right style for each client has lead to many recommendations that consistently return for Hayley’s expert advice.

Specialist areas include hair up for special occasions, i.e. wedding and party hair, and creative men’s cutting.

Hayley shares the salon’s commitment to the highest standards of customer service and is driven to be part of the most successful salon in the area, it is this drive and commitment together with ability that have made Hayley one of Couture’s most requested stylists.

Sophie Barton

Stylist

Sophie joined the couture creative team in 2008 on an apprenticeship with the highly regarded West Suffolk College where she successfully completed her nvq level 2 in hairdressing.

Sophie is a highly ambitious individual, passionate about hairdressing and committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service.

Keen to develop her creative cutting and colouring, Sophie is working closely with salon director Ann-Marie as well as attending regular courses at London’s top training academy’s to bring cutting edge techniques and styles to our Sudbury salon.

Driven by a desire to succeed in the hairdressing industry and highly regarded amongst her colleagues and clients alike, Sophie is fast becoming one of Couture’s most in demand stylists.

Lousie Grainge

Stylist

Louise is the newest stylist to join us at the Couture Creative team and is as excited as we are in developing cutting edge styling techniques whilst maintaining a strong focus on high standards of customer service.

Louise has successfully completed a 2 year apprenticeship at the highly regarded West Suffolk College and will now benefit from further training in house with salon director Ann-Marie Withey and engage in further out sourced training at some of the country’s top London academies to meet the high standards we provide to our clients.

Ambitious to become one of Couture’s most in demand stylists and passionate about hairdressing her current specialist areas include creative cutting and colouring.

Kenny Young

Junior Stylist

Currently studying hairdressing at the highly regarded West Suffolk College on an apprentice based course, Kenny is passionate about hair and is keen to learn the necessary skills to become a top stylist. Kenny already demonstrates a natural ability and is committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
